Daytona-Earnhardt 500

"Fans On A Mission"
Millions of us watched, as racing icon, Dale Earnhardt Sr. lost control of his infamous #3, Black Monte Carlo, Sunday, February 18, at the Daytona 500. Earnhardt was approaching the finish line, the same way he had done so many times before throughout his 22-year career. When suddenly he apparently lost control of his car and hit the wall, that cost him his life. And athough we were all concerned for Dale, it wasn't till hours later that we would hear the devastating news. The news that would forever change the world of racing.

This website, was designed by loyal "Intimidator" fans determined to rename the Daytona 500 after our favorite Champion, Dale Earnhardt. The information gathered by this website will be submitted to both NASCAR and the City of Daytona for that purpose.
Thank you and we'll look forward to seeing you next year at the:
Daytona-Earnhardt 500
We are sure we speak for all of his many fans when we extend our
heartfelt condolences to the Earnhardt family.
